About ADS Kumar

ADS Kumar is the CEO of Nikitha. He also plays a major role of an Application Architect Consultant for various Organizations. Nikitha, was started in the year 1996. Born in Chennai in 1972, ADS Kumar completed his schoolings in Villupuram and took up psychology in graduation and completed it through Madras University. His education in psychology helped him in viewing the world with a different angle, being optimistic and finding ample source of opportunity everywhere around him. His ardent passion towards his work, his patience and keen listening skills has gained him popularity among his customers, clients and friends.

He started his career as a logo designer. His venture on "Design helper" CD with tag line "F1" was a commercial success. His interest was also on creating Tamil fonts for computer in his early days in the beginning of his career.

He mainly worked on Web designs and developments, but took up web development as a whole when he saw his customers facing trouble in maintaining the official files and other regular work of the business which got hindered due to forgetfulness and careless mistakes of the staff, which gave a severe blow to the business to prosper. To resolve this issue ADS Kumar worked on a Web Application that would work as tailor made software for the organization in updating the task of the organization that could be easily maintained and updated by old or any new staff entering the office and would also clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each and every employee that would now be transparent to the higher officials. The Application was easily accessible to all in the organization from wherever they log in, thereby increasing the productivity in the business ordeal. With this he made his mind to offer this to his clients as a service much required for the organization to lead towards growth.
